He has also garnered invaluable cross-exposure at the Michelin-starred Benares Restaurant in London and conducted culinary engagements ranging from food promotions and cooking classes in Pescare,Italy, to organizing Indian theme promotions at La Réunion. Notably, Chef Ramesh successfully launched the acclaimed authentic Indian restaurant “Masala” at lle aux Carfs and introduced innovative concepts like the “Spice on Road“ food experience at Lux Island Resorts in La Reunion.
